The 2008 Navy Ball started bright and early Saturday morning. The weather was perfect, sunny with a great temperature. The double-elimination, one-pitch tournament had 8 teams turn out. Our first match pitted us against the Chiefs, with our second match seeing us play the Marines. Unfortunately, this time, we didn’t quite have what it took to win. However, we still had a great time and hopefully next time will have a better turnout and more support to cheer us on!

B hasn’t had much experience playing baseball and we thought he just forgot to drop the bat when he hit the ball, but apparently he just thought the bat would be useful once made it to first base.
